Creamy, Cheesy Corn Casserole

Ingredients
1 (15 1/4 oz) can drained whole kernel corn
1 (14 3/4 oz) can cream-style corn
1 cup Sour cream
1/2 cup (1 stick) melted Butter
1 (8 oz) package corn muffin mix
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
Instructions
  1. 1
    In a large bowl, stir together the two cans of corn, corn muffin mix, sour cream and butter.
  2. 2
    Pour into a greased 9 x 13 casserole dish.
  3. 3
    Bake at 350 °F for 40 to 45 minutes, or until golden brown.
  4. 4
    Top with cheddar cheese and return to oven for another 5 minutes until cheese is melted and golden brown.
Notes:

This is not a healthy recipe by any stretch of the imagination. 😁
But it is one of the most requested dishes for family gatherings and there's never leftovers!

If you want to save yourself some cleanup, use a foil pan. (I get these at The Dollar Tree)
