Classic Knorr Spinach Dip Recipe

Creamy, Delicious Spinach Dip for all Occassions

Creamy classic Knorr spinach dip served in a bowl with crackers and fresh vegetables
Instructions
  1. 1
While spinach is thawing - mix all ingredients in a large bowl, cover with plastic wrap and place in fridge.
  2. 2
Once spinach is thawed, squeeze all the water out of it (you can even lay it out on paper towels and pat dry).
  3. 3
Add to mixture and stir until well combined.
  4. 4
Refrigerate for at least 2 hours so flavors have a chance to meld.
Notes:

This is the classic recipe that used to be on the back of the Knorr soup mix.
Original recipe says to cook the spinach, I do not do that.

It is my most requested appetizer to bring for get togethers.

You can also swap out sour cream with Greek yogurt.
