Chile Lime Chicken Tenders

Ingredients
8-10 chicken tenders
4 Tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil
Instructions

    Mix olive oil and chile lime seasoning in a bowl
  2. 2
    Add chicken tenders and toss to coat well.

    Let marinate for at least one hour.
  4. 4
    Heat Air Fryer to 380°
  5. 5
    Cook for 20 minutes, turn chicken tenders at the 10 minute mark.

    They will come out golden brown and delicious.
Notes:

This is a quick, easy and tasty protein source.
I've tried many different brands of chile lime seasoning...Badia works best for this recipe.

Serve with your favorite vegetable and a healthy starch such as a bit of sweet potato or basmati/jasmine rice.
