Mom’s Chicken Salad

Best Chicken Salad Ever!

Ingredients
2 Cooked and Shredded Chicken Breast
¾ Cup Real Mayonnaise (I use my homemade mayo homemade mayo)
¼ Cup Sour Cream
½ tsp Onion Powder
½ tsp Dill
½ tsp Garlic Powder
¼ tsp Salt
¼ tsp Pepper
2 tsp Sweetener of choice (sweeten to taste)
¼ Cup Dill Relish
½ Cup Sliced Almonds
½ Cup Diced Celery
Instructions
  1. 1
    Cook chicken breast – I use the instant pot. 2 breast, 6 minutes on high pressure – natural release – shred with meat claws or large serving forks.
  2. 2
    While chicken is cooking, add all other ingredients to a bowl and mix well.
  3. 3
    Incorporate shredded chicken into other ingredients
  4. 4
    Store in fridge in an air tight container.
Notes: I don't like a sweet chicken salad, so only use 2 tsp of Monk Fruit. Serve on wraps, in Romaine leafs or just eat by itself with a side of veggies or Snack Factory Pretzel Crisps.
